Viktória Anna Papp worked as an International Relations Manager at the Asian and African Relations Office. She obtained her BSc in International Relations at Pázmány Péter Catholic University and her LLM in International Law and Chinese at the University of Edinburgh. She has also studied at Fudan University, Shanghai. Her research interest are China, the broader East Asian region, and international humanitarian law.
